The guy I spoke to in store didn't seem to be able to relate to a customer who didn't know much about batteries - he didn't seem to want to make the exercise of helping me understand what I didn't know pleasant or easy . I was at Marshall batteries within the hour spending $1400 but feeling much better about supporting them.
Adam was super helpful and changed my battery on the spot with only an hour's notice. Very pleased, five stars.
Make sure yous fit correct Cca battery for car in 1st place , shouldnt be Drained in less than 1 year with constant long driving , didnt like doing warranty , but tried making out was a me problem , Dont like taking accountability do yous. 520 Cca in a 4 Ltr is reason why it drained premeturely & could have been avoided if Correct 650 Cca was fitted in first place! Wasnt born yesterday! Good will on 8 month old Battery ha who u kidding with 3 Yr warranty. Accept yous are wrong sometimes & some people Do know about Cars!
