Went in to get my hose replaced on my specialized pump and the guys quoted me ~$8 and when the part came in he charged me $18 after he installed it and scarred up my tightening nut........he just lost my business....this is in Oskaloosa Iowa.

Just pick up my new bike Wednesday at Bobzilla’s ,Jeff took great care of me setting up my bike for me,answering questions l had,I had a lot lol and giving me some advice nice shop with a bike trail,I’ll be back soon.
