I think people use Uber just so they can play at the booking technology. BOB'S TAXI is a ride service the old fashioned way. You call, give your pickup location and time to the dispatcher (a real person) and the driver is there at that time with a smile and a greeting. Why would you use anything else for ride services. Rates are more than reasonable.
