My brakes were making noise so I thought I needed new brake pads. Turns out the pads were fine, still got charged $45 labor though. Bob's Service saved my day today and kept me on the road. I am an on- the-road sales rep who had an extensive front end repair done on my Jeep Patriot in Des Moines, Iowa a week ago. Ever since, there was a noise in the front right wheel. I thought it was just a bad tire but discovered the whole front wheel was loose. The guys at Bob's got the Des Moines mechanic on the phone, jacked up the front end and diagnosed the problem in about 2-minutes. They torqued the main wheel nut to specs and solved the problem. They do all repairs on our five company vehicles. They are honest, great prices and best mechanic we've ever used!! Highly recommend them. You will NOT be disappointed!!
they are honest people that will only fix what needs to be. They look out for the best interest of the customer not to just make a quick buck. This is the only place I will take my car for now on.
A friend told me to go here and I wish I had stayed away. Not only did I have to take my car back to get the repairs repaired I had to endure an arrogant, rude, nasty man at the counter who possibly chases away many customers with his attitude. I marvel at how some establishments stay in business.
