I have been using the services of Bob's piano service since 1994. Don is an unusual human being. He is an absolute expert in what he is doing but he is kind and compassionate in his communication and every aspect of the follow through involving the delivery of his services. Don was wonderful with my piano tuning. He was punctual, professional and pleasant. He really knows his field, and I learned more about my piano. I first used Bob’s Piano Service in 2020, and have been very happy with them. Highly recommend.
We just love Don! He’s been turning my Piano for years and he is always just the nicest guy. He does a great job every time! We also appreciate how quickly Shanna gets back when we email her to make an appointment.
