We purchased a mattress from the Canandaigua location. The lady that was there and helped us was so helpful.(I feel bad that I didn’t catch her name). She was very honest and didn’t rush us. We loved the memory foam mattress and she informed us that they didn’t have it in the store. We were kind of bummed but then she was constantly making calls to check and see if it was at any of their locations and called her boss to ask. My family bought two beds this year from this guy 1 was all defected there are sunken spots waves he told me to spin it around and it would fix it which I thought was a joke we finally get him to come out to the house and look at it he said come to the store pick one out you like and he will return it so we did but this bad was more expensive an additional 400 on top of the five that we spent not even a month same thing happens not just that one but the other one is well that we bought to make a long story short I am never g... read more
