Fast in and out
Sales rep at the store was great and very helpful. Went to pick up the sectional ourselves at the shorewood warehouse, 45 minutes away from us. Staff loaded up our trailer. We got home and it was the wrong couch. Pieces were in boxes, our fault for trusting they gave us the correct couch. But when we called and talked to the supervisor, all he could do was tell us they can deliver us the correct couch in a MONTH. Truckers, never take cargo here! My appointment is at 09:00 am. I arrived here at 08:00 am and was told to wait until 2:30 pm. After that they unloaded 13 pallets for more than 3 hours! There is no respect for drivers there
