Bob’s furniture is great! Was surprised how large their showroom is. Went in just to see what they had and ended up buying a living room sectional. Loved how a lot of their furniture was multipurpose (storage underneath, shelves in side arm ends, even integrated dog beds) Sales associates were friendly and informative but not pushy. Oh, they even have a little cafe with ice cream for their customers!
You are approached frequently but overall the service is fine. Items are pricey for end product, especially if you assemble.
Rich helped us with selecting furniture and what a wonderful help he was!! He was also training a young gentleman and was great teaching him what to do! I’m very happy with the furniture we chose and appreciated the help and knowledge from Rich!
Rich was fantastic easy to work w no pressure just very helpful.
