We visited the Leominster store yesterday to purchase a mattress with adjustable base and Richard was great. He listened to what we were looking for and educated us on the different options available and the differences between them. We also purchased a couch and love seat about a month ago and were very happy with the process through delivery and set up of the furniture.
Richard was very helpful with his knowledge of the couches, buttons and their firmness. Ended up getting couch and recliner
