My most recent experience was less than Ideal, I was assured my platform would arrive before the mattress by the sales team, come to find out the truth, they don't order its delivery till after the mattress is delivered, So in my case I have a mattress I can't really sleep on for more than a week, waiting on FedEx to deliver the platform I need to assemble. Awesome sales experience!
Stopped at Bob’s store last evening 10/24/25 around 6:30pm looking for a $299.00 rug for my bed room.. Bob O’Pedic rug .. Not one sales floor associate came to offer any help. All sitting or standing around engaging in talk with one another. Store was very empty and no excuse for poor service. After spending 25 min I got frustrated with the lack of floor workers not responding to a customer and left. You lost a $300- sale this evening !! Won’t come back again for my purchases.
