If I could give them zero starts I would. I bought a bedroom set from here and it's junk. It keeps breaking . Yes they offer good proof because their furniture is garbage . And they cant accommodate the time frame I need for them to come out to fix it . I need an afternoon iv made that very clear yet they keep scheduling early moenings whwn no one 18+ will be home so then I needs to keep being rescheduled
Sue was very helpful and warm- I told her what I was looking for, and she gave me many options. She let me take my time and try things out with no pressure, and took the time to explain different offers; Like financing and damage protection. A great experience!
