The store was very clean and the staff was very patient with me. Doug who worked with me was awesome and very patient.
I purchased a sofa from them for $5,000, and it did not arrive in good condition. I contacted them to return it, and they told me that I could only exchange it for other items and that they could not refund my money. I explained that I did not need anything else and simply wanted my money back. I strongly advise everyone not to deal with Bob’s Furniture. They are not honest and do not stand behind their products.
