No issues with the furniture or delivery but we purchased the warranty plan because we have kids, Jason the salesman was great and he did a great job selling us this awesome warranty. That's pretty much a joke! Jason was convincing that normal wear and tear would be covered it would be a simple claim submission and our barstools would be covered. I have been trying to get my barstools fixed or even assessed since February and I get nowhere. Heck even went down to the store to get some help and nothing. Very frustrated, proba... read more

Contrary to the name, the prices here aren't as low as you'd expect. And we told the saleswoman on the floor we were just browsing but she proceeded to follow us around and stare from a distance which made us very uncomfortable.
