It was a pleasure shopping at BOB'S, no pressure from sales people, even though they were around if you had any questions. Prices were fair and the merchandise was appealing, ordered a reclining sofa and will see how comfortable it is at home.
Jackie is an excellent salesperson and I’d highly recommend. She listens and then knows all the options offered and takes the time to offer suggestions and show you every one of them. Explains things and knows all about Bob’s. Highly recommend.
Bob's provided us with a "one and done" experience. Leslie greeted us with a warm welcome and escorted us throughout the store as we easily made our furniture selections. Very stylish and fashionable selections at affordable prices down to the accent pieces. Would recommend.
I called the Murrieta location to order additional chairs i had purchased in the past. I asked to speak to Jackie the sweet, kind and amazing sales representative. She called back quickly and made it happen. Thankyou Team ! Happy Customer.
Jerry was very proficient and knowledgeable of products in store. He did not do any pressure sales and he listened to what we needed and we purchased on the spot.
