I ordered a couch that was set to be delivered in 6 weeks. After 6 weeks it did not show up!!! I received an automated text message the same time Monday morning for the next 3 months saying it would be there next week. I cancelled the order and had a new couch delivered from another vendor 1 week after ordering online. Bob’s sales people held my money for 4 months and did not deliver. They were happy to call when they were trying to make a sale, but said nothing when it was delayed. Stay away.

Everything was great! Staff was more then helpful and wasn’t pressuring at all. Will return for more furniture
