I was truly amazed by the service I received during my visit. I’m preparing for a double mastectomy and needed a chair to assist with my recovery. Initially, I was concerned that it wouldn’t arrive in time, but the manager went above and beyond to resolve the issue and ensure I had a chair by my surgery date. This five-star service has made a significant difference for me, and I will definitely be returning to shop here in the future!
Update 4. Dear Bobs, Ihave tried calling the number once a day since you posted and no one answers. I have already been through the process for all damages, the automated number you gave me is something i have done multiple times. You should not need any more information, i have reported all problems to customer service. Update 3. Its been three months and everything is falling apart. Drawers on dressers do not close.
