Wonderful furniture and great price. We found an amazing bedroom set as well as a mattress, paintings, lamps and other accessories. Bob’s is not just furniture. Great customer service. Our salesperson Vincent was patient, knowledgeable and personable. Vincent definitely made the experience stress free. Our kids even had a sitting area, the cafe where they could have an ice cream and other treats while we shopped. Will be returning for future purchases.
I was very upset with my experience with the delivery service.I told them what type of bed I had and they said they would remove the mattress and adjustable frame. They said they were not going to remove the frame and they left part of the packaging on the floor. I asked how the remote control worked and they said they left the directions and I could read them. I will never buy from them again
Great experience for me and my elderly parents. There was no hard selling. Vincent listened to my parents needs and desires, took us to the location of what they wanted, was very patient with them and we completed the transaction and were out of the store within 30 minutes. Vincent was extremely knowledgeable and his personality was off the charts! Excellent experience. Will definitely shop at Bob's for any future furniture needs.
Clean store and friendly staff. Our sales person, Vincent, was professional and not pushy. Answered all our questions. The mrs. and I were extremely happy. Can’t wait for the new furniture to be delivered.
