Bobs got me right ... after valuecity doing me dirty... it was refreshing to have good service and prompt delivery... no complaints... new return customer...
We went to just look around. April and the manager Chris were very helpful, informative, patient and not pushy at all. We had ample opportunity to describe what we were looking for and what we needed. We had great communication all around. Definitely a fan of Bob's furniture of Glen Burnie now
Bob’s sells defective furniture. This was delivered to me on 4/4/2025 as a replacement Not to mention I purchased this item in December of 2024.And if I didn’t have Wells Fargo on the recorded call during the time I was requesting the replacement.They wouldn’t have replaced the first defective motorbike. It wasn’t until the bank representative stepped in during the call & say something for them to cooperate with me.
