EDIT TO ADD!! So our bed came in and even though she specifically asked us if we wanted our box spring in 2 pieces, she still only put down one!! Does the incompetence end???? I don't understand who trained these people! Stick to the younger generation who actually knows how to work a damn tablet!!!
