Wish it had a half star. My brand new sectional is giving me problems & the tech comes speaks broken English. I have no issue where your from but if your serving the public you should speak & completely understand the language. He took the blanket that was folded up & on the back. Only part of it was on where he was working. He just threw it aside. I've had nothing but problems with Bobs, bedroom furniture has bad scratches from my cat walking on it & now this sectional. Smh. Good luck.
We went to try out a particular sectional we saw on the website and we're glad that we went as we found a new model that we ultimately bought with more features. George and Tim were great no pressure sales reps that helped us review the specs of the sofa as well as all of the delivery and warranty information.
I could not place my order online for some reason, so I called customer service and couldn’t be more helpful and wonderful! I would definitely purchase something from bobs again!
The salesman that helped me out was very patient kind and provided wonderful customer service. I will go back there and buy anything as long as I brought it from him and I would definitely recommend anybody to buy from Bob’s discount because of him.
In store visit is best way to shopping experience, the staff is welcoming and helpful with selections. During my purchases in had few sales persons Marlene was great she accommodated my needs, constant communication by way of text/phone. My visits for additional finalizing purchases and delivery/setup was smooth and on time. I purchased items-living room, bedroom, dining-room,all is great.
