Store was able to sell us a floor model side table which (we were told they usually do not do) to prevent waiting approximately 3-4 months for a back order. We spent quite a bit, so this was noted as great customer service.

He took the time to answer all of my questions, offered great recommendations, and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for without ever making me feel pressured.
