We have gone to Bob's twice. First experience was good, we felt they were a bit pricey but the quality was good. First time, no issues. When we walked into the store we were greeted by Thomas who would eventually become our salesman. There was no pressure he let us look around and then gave his expertise on the couch we eventually picked.
