My daughter & I had a fantastic customer service experience Friday. We were immediately greeted with a smile from Sheena who helped us find the perfect chair. She was professional & personable. Her manager Dave was also great to close the sale. We will definitely go back to Bob's to complete our living room shopping. Thank you Sheena!
The sales person, Lynn, was spectacular! She helped me pick out just the right bed for my spare bedroom. She was very knowledgable about the products. The delivery men were respectful, prompt & tidy taking the time to go over the bed , they made sure I knew exactly how to work the trundle piece & patiently answered all my questions I will definitely be purchasing there again!!!

I had a great experience at bobs furniture at the Lincoln center location. Walking in I was greeted by Humberto with respect. Humberto answered all of my questions regarding a kitchen table that I really liked. He made sure I knew where the bathrooms were located and he also made sure if I needed water or snacks to ahead and grab the snacks I desired. Humberto is a very down to earth salesmen and let me shop without pressure. I would definitely go back to this location for home appliances in the future. 🤝
