Terrible experience from start to finish. I bought a dining set from Bob’s Discount Furniture and scheduled delivery for Thursday. We weren’t able to choose a delivery time, but the sales rep assured us it “wouldn’t be an issue” and to just call if the window didn’t work. Ordered a table and very clearly asked for delivery in the afternoon. Received a text the day prior telling me our delivery window which was the exact opposite timeframe I gave. When we contacted customer service we received rude customer support staff who denied our request to get the time window we asked for. Why in the world does a discount furniture store require you to be home during working hours for delivery.
