Looked online several times, yesterday was first time going to store wanted to see items in person before purchase. Purchase items in my cart but to my surprise actually changed the color because in person color I thought wasn’t cute online was stunning. Joshua A. was my Guest Experience Specialist he was professional, pleasant and very knowledgeable.
I’ve looked online several times; but went into Chula Vista store to see items before purchasing. Purchasing items I had reviewed online but change color on one thing because color was beautiful in person vs online. Showroom isn’t fancy; but nice, comfortable, sales associate was very pleasant and knowledgeable .
The two gentlemen who helped and made my day worth coming in were Rudolpho & Jorge..I was treated with the up most respect, and the way Jorge spoke highly about team work was the best part.. kids enjoyed the treats. Growing up the family furniture stores use to give out treats so it made us all feel welcomed and lile family THANK YOU
