Bad customer service. I wanted to buy this dinning set and they told me the SKU for that specific color was not set up in the system to order. The told me to wait a week... This is a cardinal sin in business. You should not display product you cannot sell. I ended up spending my money at Jeromes and Mor furniture
Easy and pleasant experience. Delivery of couch today 4/5/25 was exceptional service!! The two delivery guys Carlos and not sure if he other guys name were polite, helpful and very curious! They did a great job and we love our new couch!! Bob's is he place to go for great service in the store and great service with delivery!! Five stars!!!!

Alex was great! We went in Saturday just to see our options. He took his time, sat with us and gave us all the information and more that we needed. After that I was still indecisive so we asked for more time. We left and after sleeping on the decision we contacted him to make sure he was there. We went back in yesterday and he greeted us as if we were family. He did notify us that he was currently assisting another customer but that he would be with us soon. And he sure was.
