I am a previous customer after shopping around. This time I went to Bob's first. Walt helped me find 2 options and emailed all the info while I was in the store. After comparison shopping 4 other competitors, I found nothing else I liked. Because of his email, I did not need to make another trip back to to the store. I had all the info I needed to make a decisions. A simple phone call was all it took to place the order.
What a joke of a store! After having 2 sales reps going through my purchase and being assured that EVERYTHING (3 items) were going to be delivered, I got to the realization that the largest item was not part of the delivery cause it was a floor model. Again, I asked several times and no one shared that little piece of information. After several calls and no one helping me, I was given $80 dollars back to find my own way of delivery.
