Great customer service! The entire team at Bob's were friendly, helpful, and professional.
We purchased furniture worth $5400 from this location in March 2023 while moving to a new home. While shopping the sales person offered a 5 year protection plan that covers "all kinds of damages" like spills, tears, rips, mechanical malfunctions etc. Fast forward to one and half years in Aug 2024, one of the sofa's tears at the seams and I file a claim via the protection plan. However the vendor "Guardian Protection Products " comes back and deny the claim saying its a normal wear and I end up with a torn sofa in spite of a ... read more
On the average scale at best in terms of quality but lots of snacks to eat while browsing. Not a huge store so limited inventory. Eric was helpful in sales and had good follow up skills.
