Oscar and Carlos delivered my furniture from Bob’s. They were professional and timely. Pleasant gentleman who work very hard. I cannot rave enough about their Customer Service Skills.

Once again, Rita was such a great help! We came in with some questions about our couch that we bought from her about a year ago, and she was able to answer everything for us. We also checked out some dining room tables, and when we’re ready, we’ll definitely be coming back to her. Great customer service as always!

This was my first purchase of a brand new couch and I couldn’t be happier. My salesman Ryan was very helpful, informative, knowledgeable, and very kind. He gave us space and time to look at every possible option without being pushy. Princess in the leasing department was also very sweet and thoroughly walked me through the process. I’ll be back for sure for a dining room table and area rug.
