William was great, very informative and eager and willing to assist and answer any questions necessary! Friendly, but not to pushy of a salesman.. only experience that was a little frustrating was I got credit online approved, but in store they couldn't find it. But after time and patience, they were finally able to find my account and continued the sale. The delivery date is kinda further out than I'd like but hopefully get my furniture sooner than listed
