We went in to look at some furniture and just browse. The salesman that we dealt with was very nice but he hovered the whole time and just kept asking us questions after questions even though we told him we were just browsing. He kind of forced us to talk about what we were looking for even though we told him that if we needed help we would ask for it. I have to agree with other reviewers that they do not leave you alone. The ease of ordering the part was surprisingly efficient and being notified that Bob's would be delivering and installing the item instead of dealing with the insurance company made me extremely happy!
I had a great experience, making a couple purchases and Bob’s discount in Bangor. The selection was great, pricing was very good, but my sales person and her supervisor I thought was the best part of my experience while shopping at Bob’s furniture. Very knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. Definitely will be returning when I’m in need of any furniture in the future!! Five stars, thanks ladies!!
