Excellent customer service. But not happy with having to pay shipping when ordering directly from the store front versus online.
Needed to order an adjustable bed & mattress. Our sales person, Richard was extremely helpful. He went the extra steps to get as quick of a delivery set up as possible!
Big shout out to Will M and the manager at Bangor Bobs Discount Furniture. Received a certificate to replace my kitchen table through Goof Proof. Unfortunately I would have to spend $100 since the certificate was not for the full purchase price of the table. But Will discussed it with the manager and they said if the table wasn’t repairable then it had to be replaced so they were able to help me so all I had to do was pay for the Goof Proof for the new table. I was very happy about that. Thanks for all your help.
