Great staff, Great service
Terrible communication. I requested for my furniture to be after 10am. Apparently that needed approval amongst management staff. My request was denied. The day before my scheduled delivery I received a email stating my furniture would be delivered at 7am. When I reached out to the store I was told deliveries schedules are created the day of. Next thing I know at 6am I received a text saying my delivery would arrive between 7:20a-7:50. There is no one to contact that earlier until the driver calls to let you know they are out... read more
EXCELLENT SERVICE !!! All the way round ,from making my purchase in store, met the store manager, gentleman that assisted me in store was the best,.white glove delivery set up very professional was their,at said time , called and gave their eta, assemble my furniture, Answered my questions,if I had any other questions was informed on what to due.also like that all items were in stock.no delay on any items Also like the store called me to let me know I could get my delivery date move to a earlier date.which worked out even be... read more
