Sam formed a bond between himself and my family that went beyond salesmanship. I relayed to Sam that this experience for me and my kids meant more than just furniture. It’s the beginning of a new journey for us to create a happy and peaceful home environment as a family!
Sam helped us find a couch to best fit our house and budget. He even still got everything we were looking for! Very friendly staff. Had to leave before we could purchase after looking around for awhile. Sam greeted us as we came back in. There was no pressure to buy. Will definitely go back for any other furniture needs!
I have purchased 2 bedroom sets from Bob's and I will continue to go back for my furniture needs. Every time I have gone to Bob's, I have always been impressed with the sales staff. They are not the type to attack you as soon as you walk in the store and then stalk you throughout the store. Each time we are greeted at the door and then given plenty of space to browse.
