We really enjoy our experience every time we shop at Bob’s Discount Furniture. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful without hovering over you while you look. We always seem to find what we want and find the quality and prices reasonable.
Been a customer for 5 years was provided a text line number to see if an item was in stock next day after not having a truck to load. Was informed via text by in house rep that items were marked to $200 each (two buffet tables) I drove 45 mins to come pick up, Tyler (Manager) offered his apologies for the inconvenience and incorrect information provided . The store in Chandler was awesome. Definitely know what a customer means. The other company goof was terrible would not respond. Kept asking for more and more detail. Thank goodness you guys there at the store took care of it. You’re awesome again thank you very much.
I tried to order an ottoman that was low in stock. I called the online number and was sent to the Long Beach, Ca store. Finally the same salesperson I used at the store to purchase 5,500 worth of furniture 2 days prior, (Karina) texted me. I asked to purchase the ottoman and discussed where I could have delivered before I had to leave to go back to my other home in AZ. I'm so happy with my experience at Bobs! Both Randy and Motown Mike were very helpful and accommodating. I got everything I was hoping to find .Randy was very informative, but no pressure. Mike made sure to arrange delivery of my mattress the same day! I highly recommend you come to Bobs for your furniture!
