Dakota was my sales person. We met him a year ago. We've been looking for a bed, couch, for a long time, shopped around we kept coming back to bobs furniture store. Dakota helped us and waiting order delivery. Thank you.
When I’m in need of furniture, I love coming to this place. The staff is always happy to greet you and are never pushy. You can browse around at your leisure. If you ever have any questions there’s always someone close by. The quality of the furniture is great as well . love my table and my comfy chair.

My first time in slthis store. Customer service was terrible. Majority of the staff was socializing with their colleagues and avoiding Customer. I did find a nice lady in the back with accent who was willing to help. She said she could only Sale me pieces in the discount area. I also wanted a sofa on the main floor. I asked if she could help with.both. she asked her manager and and he said no because they were short staff. Well there were four employees back there and I was the only Customer .
