We were shown the different styles of couches you have and were told of the perks each style has. We were given time alone to decide which style and color would work best for us. The process for opening an account was simple and easy. We can't wait to see the furniture in our house. We delayed delivery until our new carpet is installed. As always we truly enjoyed our time shopping at your store.
Floor salesman Randy went above and beyond, to explain the main points of everything how it worked every detail. Everybody on the floor were very nice charismatic. I had my kids they had a chill spot for them to chill out. Best service I've had in years, you want perfection go to Bob's for professional service. Satisfied customer!!
