Excellent customer service, not pushy or over bearing when walking through the store. Pick up was fast and easy at their warehouse.
I like that they made you feel comfortable. They were considerate, respectful, polite, something a person always look forward to when they enter into a facility of any kind.
Angel was very helpful and patient with the whole process of me trying out several different sectionals before finding the perfect one. He was very thorough in explaining what was included and the different configurations I could choose from. This wasn’t my first time buying from BoBs at this location. I will definitely be back and recommend.
