I ordered a recliner from Bobs discount furniture last September and the reclining mechanism broke last month. I purchased a 5 year warranty with my purchase and the reclining mechanism broke after only 1 year. I filed a claim with Guardian and was denied for insurance stating my warranty only covers accidental damage. It was not intentional so by definition would be an accident right?
