Awful experience. Ordered a mattress from them WELL in advance of my apartment move in date, set delivery for the day I got the keys. Two days before, we still hadn’t been notified that it had been shipped, started calling customer service with basically NO answers. July 7 I ordered a mattress to be delivered to my daughter’s new apartment the day she was to start moving in July 15. Still no FedEx tracking number and everyday I am being told by Bob’s customer Service to wait 24 hr for contact from FedEx. I have talked with about 10 people on phone and text. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE it is looking to be a scam.
