My experience was horrible! Was there 4hrs and paid my first payment only for the lady helping who was multi tasking with another customer, tell my couch was out of stock that someone bought it while trying to complete my order!? I said to refund it and yet the next day the order is still processing and scheduled to deliver a month later, she didn’t even cancel it!??
