I wasn't planning to shop for a dresser when I found myself in the same parking lot that Bob's Discount furniture is located.However, I had an extra hour before my next appointment, so in I went. Not only did I find the perfect dresser at a great price, but realized I could get the whole bedroom set for not much more. Mark the STORE MANAGER at Escondido Bob's furniture didn't even know how to do a SIMPLE return. I don't know how he is a store manager, but they do know how to take your money. Poor service and quality of merchandise and horrible sales the sales reps don't even know how to sell property he wasn't sure of the prices or materials that the furniture store sales.
I had a great experience working with Ellie, she was a great help in guiding us to different areas of the store, and was very prompt and friendly. I will definitely be shopping at Bob’s in Escondido again!
