RecommendedMike in the Harrisburg store was very friendly, directed us to the sofa area in the store. He said if we had any questions just to wave him down and he would be over to assist. I like that “no hassle feel”. We were able to check out all the sections available. When we were ready with questions, Mike was there to answer them all.
We recently purchased a furniture set from Bob’s showroom. The salesperson assured us that the marching chairs were on back order but we would receive them in 2 months. My husband asked them if they were sure and that we didn’t want to purchase if they were going to tell us they were unavailable in a month. It didn’t even take a month ! RecommendedMy husband and I had a Wonderful experience at Bob’s Discount Furniture and Mattress store! Earl was Amazing! He checked on us as we browsed around and answered our questions thoroughly. He even noticed that the dining table set we wanted Dropped in price while we were there and we got it for Half Off!! Earl Rocks!! Bob’s Discount Rocks!! We’ll be back!!
I received my delivery this morning an hour after the delivery men left I noticed the back of my couch was ripped. I contacted Bob’s customer service and all they could provide is $100 towards a new item😡
