I received my delivery this morning an hour after the delivery men left I noticed the back of my couch was ripped. I contacted Bob’s customer service and all they could provide is $100 towards a new item😡
My reclining couch broke in 2 years. The foot rest frame broke. I bought a 5 year warranty. I put in a request to fix it. They told me the frame wasn’t covered. How can this be. That is the foundation of the piece. Do not buy the warranty it’s not worth it.
