They KNOW bikes My husband was fixing up his mountain bike for our son and Bob's knew and HAD all the parts we needed, some friendly recommendations and just as friendly as if we were purchasing a new bike. The business is active in the community and stands on their reputation.. I would never hesitate to purchase from them or to recommend their products or service.
Wonderful customer service I've used Bob's Cycle shop several times for several different things. My bicycle has been there several times for servicing and I have always been impressd at their service. Then a couple of years ago my husband and I bought an elliptical trainer from them as they were carrying other exercise equipment. They assemble the machine and delivered it to our house.
