I am so pleased with Bob’s Saddles and the customer service, Bridget, in particular has provided. I had a Lady Reiner built for me last year and decided to make a couple adjustments after riding in it for a few months. They have been so generous, friendly, professional and prompt. I can’t thank them enough!
