Terrible customer service! We began using Bob for our boat last year for repairs and storage needs. We dropped off the boat in October, and asked to have some service done over the winter months, and gave a list of what we would like done. Bob made a list of what parts he would need, and asked for $200 - to include the remaining October storage fee, and parts for what we wanted done. I gave him $280.
