My daughter got a bike from Bob's Bikes and the customer service, thought and attention shown were above and beyond!! Great communication and manner. Good prices and well made bikes that make biking easier. Great range of bikes and accessories. We will be repeat customers because of this. Thank you and sorry for the delay in the review! You made a little girls dream come true with her TMNT bike. The extra effort and hardware to put training wheels on a bigger bike was so appreciated!
While riding the TA my new back tire failed. I spoke to Grant a couple of hours out of Matamata and upon arriving at the store got straight into it. I got some lunch and when I arrived back my bike was ready to continue on its journey. Excellent service and I never had a tire issue for the remaining of the trip. Thank you!
My Garmin was not connecting properly but at short notice the mechanic manage to get it sorted. Great service & highly recommended 👍🏻
has three bikes serviced, they did a great job, ( I thought one of the bikes was beyond help, but they brought it back from the dead!!) thanks a bundle!
