I have taken my ebike in several times - new brakes, new sprocket, tune-ups, etc. They are honest, straight-forward, helpful and best of all, appreciate a cost-conscious consumer. The last work they did was a tune-up after ~1300 miles and it runs like new. Keep up the great work!!!
On my way to the Horsey Hundred when my shifter fell to pieces. They had my bike on the stand in minutes and me back on the road in a couple hours. Wonderful service.
Paul is very knowledgeable and helpful with product offerings, but manages to present his selections in a no pressure, friendly atmosphere. I’ve purchased a few bikes here - from upgrading a bespoke Ti ride to a commuter e-bike. Great experiences. As a bonus, Tim is an excellent, very capable mechanic. Can’t go wrong here . . .
These guys are everything you want in a bike shop. An out of towner walked in with a new-to-me mountain bike that I didn't understand. They made the necessary adjustments, explained what I need to do to maintain the settings and charged me a nominal amount for their knowledge, tools and expertise. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bobcat Bikes
Just found Bobcat Bikes. Went there for a rear rack. Paul was wonderful! Not only did he set me up with what I was looking for, but he solved a problem with my front bag that other shops couldn’t. He kept at it until he had it figured out. His prices are very reasonable. I will definitely be going back and recommend Bobcat Bikes to everyone
