I just purchased a Trek Domane SL5 from Bobcat Bikes. They helped me decide which frame size to order in and then spent all afternoon fitting it to me once it arrived. I greatly appreciate their customer service. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this shoppe.
I have taken my ebike in several times - new brakes, new sprocket, tune-ups, etc. They are honest, straight-forward, helpful and best of all, appreciate a cost-conscious consumer. The last work they did was a tune-up after ~1300 miles and it runs like new. Keep up the great work!!!
On my way to the Horsey Hundred when my shifter fell to pieces. They had my bike on the stand in minutes and me back on the road in a couple hours. Wonderful service.
