Very rude guy with no customer service. He doesn’t work or play well with others would not go through him he is a fraud I might report him to the irs.
I was given a stimulus check of $2800 when I was owed $4200, and when I told Bobby what had happened and to claim the missing $1400 on my tax return, he fraudulently filed for the entire $4200 claiming he was "just trying to get more money in my pocket", so the IRS denied the whole thing now I don't even have the $1400 I was owed and he said there is nothing he can do to help fix the mistake HE made!
