Bobby was always ready and available to answer every question I had about the loan process. He was very professional and courteous. He took time to explain in detail the ends and outs of the loan. He was understanding of my work schedule and was willing to work around it. Our loan took longer than most due to faults of the seller. He was very patient with us.
