Having known Bobby as a colleague for over 20+ years, having had a few cases against him, having mediated him as litigant’s attorney, I can affirmatively state that he is one of the best family law attorneys - not just in Houston and the surrounding areas but the State of Texas. His work ethic is legendary and he has an amazing staff. He is a zealous advocate for his clients and I always knew that if he was my opposing counsel that I had better be extra prepared.
Do not waste your money on this guy. His paralegal is a liar. When I hired him she told me that there would be depositions, she had me get all this evidence for nothing. He wasn’t even the one who dealt with my case. I have Parkinson’s and he didn’t even get me a settlement. He said “take the win” I said what sun? I get to keep what was mine already?
