Terrible customer service. I asked a simple question and apparently he was too busy to talk to me and hung up on me mid sentence. Would not recommend to anyone.
Bobby has been doing my wife and my taxes for probably about 30 years. He is the best and has great rates. Always does his best to work you in if you’re in a pinch. When he retires ( hopefully not soon) we will just have his son Brad pick up where Bobby leaves off.
These guys are great! They give it to you straight, help and give suggestions. Fit us in last minute and was super nice on top of it! Definitely customer for life.
