This company was used for my daughters softball pictures. The website is a nightmare to order off of, there is a $5 credit if you order $50 worth of photos in advance (mind you this is without seeing any of the photos), but they don’t tell you what packages are available so I guess you are just ordering blind? We received the pictures back, I coparent and wanted to see which pictures he wanted to order, so I tried sending them to him so he didn’t have to use the face finder function. Edit with your reply because you literally have lied.. When I first got the pictures, I waited a couple days.. once I shared the pictures with my daughter and my family. My daughter was very sad with them despite me trying to reasaure her. Everyone confirmed that they were awful. The only reason pictures were done with your business was because I paid for a recital package with a dance studio.You are correct. As a grandmother, I am heartbroken over how my granddaughter was treated. She was so excited to have her recital photos, only for them to be taken away because the photographer didn’t like that our family voiced concerns and left an honest review. When we called to ask what happened, we were told that the photos had been deleted because of the complaint and review. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior from a business.
