I brought a dear friend into the office this week. She is 82 years old and a former patient. She hadn't been to this office in several years (bc of insurance changes). My friend had lost her son in a sudden and tragic accident. It was, without a doubt, one of the worst days of her life…made worse because she could not get her hearing aids to work. I was recommended to Bobbie by my insurance. Bobbie explained to me where i was having all my issues with my hearing loss. Bobbie has years of experience and she was really great explaining all my different options with hearing aid products she offered. I was 100% satisfied with the hearing aids she prescribed to me. I can actually hear noises i haven’t heard in decades. I would highly recommend Bobbie for all your hearing issues and i would definitely use her again.
I know this review is a little over six months late but I had a bit of a problem with logging in to my Google account! But I call Bobbie to see if she could fix my hearing aid because it had a broken battery door and I called around before talking to Bobbie and all quoted me like close to $600 or more to fix it because they had to send it to the manufacturer. I NEVER write reviews. But I have to make an exception in this case. After a stay in hospital my 89 year old father's hearing aids were lost. He originally got them from the VA so I contacted them and of course, because of COVID they were not doing hearing tests and would have to contract service out to the community for care.
