Personable and professal, Bobbie doesn't just do things right, she does right things. She will do her best to make sure your experience meets your hearing needs.
They are very very good. They have always taken good care of me like family.
I NEVER write reviews. But I have to make an exception in this case. After a stay in hospital my 89 year old father's hearing aids were lost. He originally got them from the VA so I contacted them and of course, because of COVID they were not doing hearing tests and would have to contract service out to the community for care. I know this review is a little over six months late but I had a bit of a problem with logging in to my Google account! But I call Bobbie to see if she could fix my hearing aid because it had a broken battery door and I called around before talking to Bobbie and all quoted me like close to $600 or more to fix it because they had to send it to the manufacturer.
