After trying BoBaPOP for years, I'm glad to say that they've remained a spot in my quality boba spots list. They've upgraded their menu choices over the years and this spot is popular for many who like to come and study or work on their devices. I came in today around 5 p.m. and there was a guy and a girl working ordered a banana matcha. While I was waiting, And while I was right there, the guy loudly mocked my order. It was uncomfortable and honestly pretty embarrassing. On top of that, the matcha tasted bad, which just added to my disappointment. Super unprofessional to the point where my significant other heard it being said from the bathroom… Super unprofessional and kinda weird…
It’s June 29th 8:00pm and we decide to try a new boba spot. We asked the cashier in the front if there were any non-caffeinated drinks on the menu and were met with the WORST customer service ever. I have never in my 22 years of living been met with such attitude and mind you, we have never been to this place before. Very unprofessional as she was wearing airpods. So if the owner sees this, I recommend you hire better staff who are actually trained to not give attitude to people who are willing to give your boba place a try.... read more
