Been coming here since it first opened, it was an awesome little boba shop and they still do great boba tea and other delicious specialty drinks. Tried the fried chicken for the first time today though, and it was dry with burnt, hard as a rock breading. If I had looked in the box before driving home I would have refused to take it. Pretty horrible service. I requested a simple strawberry matcha slush, which is available everywhere else. unfortunately they only had a regular matcha slush on the menu. When we asked for strawberry to be added even at extra cost, the answer was “sorry we can’t” and had absolutely no interest in accommodating. Can’t forget to mention the big jar of strawberry jam sitting behind the counter. Customer service at its finest!
Taho all day long
Im the type of person who doesnt leave review but this is just too bad. We ordered 2 pcs chicken (honey butter) with jjajamg noodles as a side and it was very disgusting. The chicken is soooooo salty and we werent able to eat it. The noodles is obvsly instant noodles but they still couldnt cook it properly- it was hard. The price is expensive compare to competitors. It's like we were scammed. Definitely not gonna comeback.
