I really like their brown sugar boba but after buying from them for some time i do notice that the taste and the boba pearl softness is very inconsistent. Some times the pearls would hard and hard to chew, some times they would be dry and break with a strange texture. The best is when they are soft and chewy but not breaking. The taste is sometimes too sweet or sometimes too watery. Also the coldness of the drink needs to be worked on. Even with normal ice the drinks get warm too quickly. That's my constructive critique. Great boba, beautiful decoration, and plenty of flavor options to choose from. Who could ask for more?
Great boba options, as well as a create your own. Some food, didn't try but seems good.
I am extremely disappointed. Initially, I appreciated the gesture of placing my smoothie in a bag, although it was unusual. However, upon arriving home and removing the drink from the bag, I discovered it was milk tea, not smoothies( the drink i want). The cashier's peculiar glance now makes sense. It okay to inform me about messing up my order but it never okay to covered up the mistake. Love the food there but do better boba bae!
