I really like their brown sugar boba but after buying from them for some time i do notice that the taste and the boba pearl softness is very inconsistent. Some times the pearls would hard and hard to chew, some times they would be dry and break with a strange texture. The best is when they are soft and chewy but not breaking. The taste is sometimes too sweet or sometimes too watery. Also the coldness of the drink needs to be worked on. Even with normal ice the drinks get warm too quickly. That's my constructive critique.
