I contacted Bob a few months ago to discuss refinancing my construction home loan. Unfortunately, as I am going through the world's slowest build, the construction loan had expired. I am pretty clueless when it comes to loans so Bob patiently explained refinancing was not an option but he helped me get my loan rejigged with my bank which in the long run will save me money - AND take the commissions away from my original broker (the builder/developer's own) which was my main aim.
