Bobs goof proof was a long drawn out process of jumping through hoops sending pictures. Every time I called the agent had me wait 2 to 3 days. Then no body called me back. So I called them and they said my claim was approved. Wait 3 to 5 days for an agent to call. Nobody called to look at the recliner to see if it could be fixed. I got dis9727kktcussted and called the store. In a matter of a couple of hours I rec1eived616 9th an in store credit. The new chIr arrives this Saturday. Thank you Dale at Monroeville store!

I decided to just go to the store where I purchased my other furniture in Monroeville... After I purchased my furniture one piece chest of drawers you called me back...
