Joseph was very helpful when I went into the Monroeville store. I was looking for a new mattress and Joseph was very knowledgeable on all the mattresses they have. He gave me plenty of space and time to make my decision. The prices were very reasonable as well as the delivery schedule. Delivery team arrived as scheduled and very polite and caring. They took the old mattress and set up the new one making sure everything was perfect. Thank you Bobs Furniture.
Will never shop anywhere where an associate follows me around everywhere even though I told them I need some time to myself to think. I thought I would sneak upstairs to get away from them but somehow like Jason Voorhees in Friday the 13th they beat me up there
Had a very good experience coming here. Lavon the sales guy introduced himself as we walked in. Asked us what we were interested in getting. Told him pet friendly and he led us directly to the perfect set. Made everything simple and fast. Was direct with no pressure. Let us have time to browse and decide. Highly recommend them.
