We went to the Bridgeport location Luis was the one that help us. He was very knowledgeable and helped us in picking out our bedroom set and adjustable bed. He had great knowledge of the financing options. He was patient with us and answered all our questions. When its time to get our living room set. Today I came to Bob's Discount Furniture and I was looking for items for my new place. Anthony was helpful when it came to narrowing down a mattress, but I felt like he was pressuring us to buy right away. He was also disrespectful to my girlfriend when she did not like any of the bed frame options he was showing her. It seemed like he was speaking down to her and lost his cool when she was still undecided. It was unprofessional and rude. This does not make us feel comfortable to return and complete the sale.
