We were very fortunate to meet Alva at Bob’s Orange, CT store. She asked us what we were looking for and then guided us to the area where the leather power recliners were. We tried several over a period of 20 minutes or so and then decided on the one we wanted to purchase. Alva gave us a good price and set everything up for us and gave us all the information we needed.
